Shipping policy

Angel Stick's shipping policy mandates that upon receipt of payment and recipient details that your order is processed within 5-7 business days in accordance with our standard operating procedures.    Once an order is fulfilled the customer will receive an email confirmation as well as a tracking number allowing them to keep tabs and follow the package along as it is transit.   Once a package arrives at its destination the recipient will them receive a notice of delivery and Angel Stick will consider such an event as 'package fulfilled'.

If your product is found to be defective for any reason, you may contact us via email at info@angelstick.com along with photos of the damaged item received.   Angel Stick makes every effort to ensure the highest quality shipping and packaging processes and although it is extremely rare that an item may be damaged in transit we recognize it is possible, and therefore will work with you in the unlikely event this occurs to make things right within a 30 day window a full refund will be offered.

 

Refunds
